Kim Adkison

Hello, my name is Kim Adkison. I have been working here at Kurth Chiropractic since 1998! I actually started as a patient of Dr. Kurth's, and then became his OM/CA a few months later.

My Grandmother passed a few years ago, but she is the one that convienced me to start chiropractic. Gram Nelly had chiropractic care from the age of 16. Her chiropractor drove from farm to farm/town to town mostly trading his care for milk, cheese, bread etc.

Because of her care, she survived polio (no vaccine), took very little medications, and lived until 96!

My daughter has also been under chiropractic care from the age of 10. She had asthma, and was having a really hard time with her sports. As soon as she was on her care program, within months she stopped taking her corticosteroids & bronchodilator.

When she was pregnant, she was not only using Chiropractic, but massage as well. She had a very easy birth and a very healthy baby boy, who is also under Chiropractic care.

I know there is so much controversy between chiropractic and medical care, but if it were not for chiropractic I would still be in pain. A car accident left me with constant back pain. I tried everything from painkillers to preparing to have surgery. I heard stories from my friends who had surgery and to this day wish they never had it. From the time I walked in the door I was impressed! I was seen promptly, and Dr. Kurth was a true professional. When I was younger I was in a car accident and have been suffering with neck and back pain. Almost to the point that I couldn't get out of bed! After 6 treatments I started to see relief, and today it's like the accident never happened. I've been seeing Dr. Kurth for about 2 years now and I am so excited about the future!
